I flew, trained and bussed my way from Perth into the Swiss Alps, with little to no stress.  This is a rare occurrence for such a long journey, but my continued calm, particularly inflight, was noticeably different with the support of my crystal friends. 

When I travel, my energy generally sits at a heightened level due to altitude, sheer crowds, and different country vibration; but I felt none of the usual fatigue or ‘strung out energy’ that comes from such a long 24hrs.  I cleansed my mala when I got there, in the waterfall at Jaun, recharging it to start again.
