Do I need to provide you with a photo of myself prior to you tuning in?
No, all I need is your name. Personal information and location are not required.
How long will it take to create my mala?
There is a great deal that goes into creating your mala.
As each mala is unique, the time to create each piece varies depending on the complexity, size of the crystals, if drilling is required and what messages come through.
What are rudraksha?
Rudraksha are the sacred seed of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree which can be found in the foothills of the Himalayas to Nepal, Southeast Asia, parts of Australia and Hawaii.
These little wonder seeds increase negative ion levels within the body and act directly upon the nervous system to relieve stress, anxiety & depression whilst providing peace and clarity within your life.
Will you have the appropriate gemstones & crystals in stock?
I carry a wide range of however there may be times where I do not have your selection available. If this is the case, it may take time to source the right strand specifically for your requirements.
How do you source your gemstones and crystals?
I intuit every crystal and gemstone from ethical and sustainable suppliers before I purchase them.
Will you send me information on the crystals selected?
Yes, I will email you an information sheet with the healing properties of each for your reference.
What are the mala tassels made of?
All tassels used are made of silk.
Do I need to pay for my bespoke mala upfront?
You will be required to make an initial deposit of $200AUD which will go towards your purchase. The outstanding amount is then due on completion before sending to you.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and Afterpay.
Shipping
I offer free shipping Australia wide.
All overseas orders will be sent via DHL with tracking at an additional cost to the customer.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted. All sales are final.
